Return and Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of Excel databases are considered final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided to the customer. This is due to the nature of downloadable goods, which cannot be returned like physical goods. We strongly advise all customers to review the product description and previews carefully before finalizing their purchase.

In cases where the customer experiences technical issues that prevent them from accessing or using the purchased file correctly, they are encouraged to contact our customer support team. We will diligently work to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement file.

The only exception to this rule would be if the delivered product significantly differs from its description on our website. If such a discrepancy is found and verified by our team, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
