This Australian entity holds a Unique Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) regulated by ASIC, with a corporate history spanning over 30 years. The licence is active and has successfully passed its most recent audit in June 2025.

The AFSL authorizes the licensee to carry on a financial services business and includes a very broad and increasingly rare scope of permissions, covering deposit and payment products, derivatives, foreign exchange contracts, securities, managed investment schemes, life insurance products, superannuation, margin lending, and custodial or depository services for retail and wholesale clients.

The structure allows for either a full (100%) acquisition of shares or a partial share purchase, subject to agreement between buyer and seller. The licence is currently pending confirmation for additional permissions related to remittance and non-cash payments (NCP).
