Structure Requirements	A company registered on Nevis must have at least one shareholder. A shareholder can be either an individual person or a legal entity. Each UBO of the company having a direct or indirect interest in the company being licensed must be subject to the fit and proper test. This entails due diligence checks on each and every Shareholder/UBO. A company registered on Nevis must have at least one director. A director can either be an individual person or a legal entity.
Local Physical Presence	Companies on Nevis may only be incorporated by a licensed registered agent on Nevis. The legal or ‘registered’ address of the IBC will be the address of the licensed registered agent. We provide this legal address service as part of the incorporation to applicants.
Tax Rate	International gaming operators benefit from zero corporate income tax and are not subject to local duties, value-added tax (VAT), or withholding taxes in Nevis.
Minimum Capital Requirement	The standard authorized share capital for a Nevis International Business Company (IBC) is 50,000 shares at US $1 per share. While a standard option, the authorized share capital can be adjusted to meet specific needs. There is no requirement for paid-up capital.
