FinTRAC-Registered MSB in Canada for Sale

This Canadian Money Services Business (MSB) was incorporated in April 2025 and approved by FinTRAC in September 2025. The MSB licence is valid until March 2028 and is currently active and visible in the FinTRAC register. The company has had no prior operational activity and does not yet have a bank account in place.

The sale includes a full ownership change and comes with AML/KYC policies as well as a list of banking providers to support post-acquisition onboarding. In addition, it is possible to file a Bank of Canada RPAA application under the name of the new owner, providing further optional regulatory expansion depending on the buyer’s business model.
